Honors Ambassadors
Honors Ambassadors are available during the academic year to talk with you; they’re current students who can share their personal experiences and answer your questions. Meeting with an Honors Ambassador provides a great opportunity to connect and learn more about student life here in Honors at U-M.
We schedule Ambassador visits during both the Fall and Winter terms, but not over the summer, during U-M breaks, or exam periods. If you would like to schedule a visit with an Honors Ambassador, either in-person or virtually, please complete our form here: https://forms.gle/xVSUgtv7fMAk9uHG7. We do ask for at least three (3) days notice when scheduling Ambassador visits.
Campus Days
For information on Campus Day sessions, please visit OUA’s Campus Days website at the Office of Undergraduate Admissions page. Campus Days are for admitted students and their families and provide an opportunity to hear from a variety of campus units.
The LSA Honors Program offers an information session for any interested student/family during each Campus Day event.

Office Visits
Occasionally, families travel to visit U-M during a time when we do not have Honors Ambassadors available or do not offer formal meetings. While you will not receive as comprehensive an experience, a visit to the Honors Office for a chat with someone from our admissions staff will often answer your questions about Honors. We cannot, unfortunately, arrange for advising appointments for prospective students.
Note: We are an academic program and are not open on the weekends. Our office is open Mondays from 10am-4:30pm and Tuesdays-Fridays from 8:30am-4:30pm.
