Poster Sessions
There will be two poster sessions, each 1 hour taking place in the atrium.
Food & Beverages
Coffee and other hot beverages will be available throughout the day in the atrium. Please help yourself.
Individually packed lunches will be provided to those who registered and filled out the food survey. Lunch can be picked up in the atrium during the lunch hour. Once you’ve picked up your lunch, we ask that you not congregate in the atrium. Please return to your lab break rooms, third floor eating space, or if the weather holds, consider eating outside.
Oral Presenters
The oral presentations are broken down into 3 sections, each with 2 talks. We request you stay for the whole session and check in with the moderator 10 min before the session starts.
Please remember all presentation slots are 25 minutes long – 20-minute presentation, the remainder for questions. Plan accordingly and be advised that all presenters will be judged by industry representatives.
Poster Presenters
Poster presenters will be assigned a spot in the atrium. Please set up your poster after 9 am (first session) and after 1 pm (second session). We suggest posters be 36″ × 48″, but they can be up to 40″ x 48″.
