Bianca Gallina, a recent grad from our lab, will be presenting her work with Nathan Niemi and Nikolas Midttun mapping Death Valley at GSA this fall! During her time in the Earth department, Bianca received numerous awards for being a stellar geology student and was a joy to work with in lab. She’s spending her summer back in upstate New York, taking her interest in soils from the lab to the land by working at an organic farm. While she’s not sure what she wants to do now that her undergraduate degree is done, she’s happy to be taking the summer easy and finding what she wants to do.
