Project Outreach receives 2018 Group Volunteer of the Year Award

The Group Volunteer of the Year Award recognizes a volunteer group working within a member community that has provided extraordinary service to seniors. The award comes from the MI chapter of LeadingAge, the national association for not-for-profit providers of care and services for the elderly. The state chapter gives out one individual award and one group award each year. Project Outreach has received the state-wide 2018 Group Volunteer of the Year Award for their work with the Glacier Hills Nursing Home.

Project Outreach receives 2017 June Bennett Teamwork Service Award

Project Outreach has earned the June Bennett Teamwork Service Award, which honors volunteer groups who have made an important contribution to our community. The June Bennett Teamwork Service Award is awarded by Glacier Hills Senior Living Community in Ann Arbor, MI. Jerry Miller has been the Faculty Coordinator for Project Outreach since 1988. His outstanding efforts were awarded the Rosalie Ginsberg Outstanding Faculty Member Award back in 2010. Congratulations to Dr. Miller and all of those who are involved with Project Outreach. Thank you for your continued efforts to better our community.
