I love trading. Traders receive instant feedback about their trading decisions, and every day is new.
The Quant Program at the University of Michigan inspired me with its intensely theoretical perspective in quantitative finance and flexible electives, where I could tailor my degree toward my own interests. Before that, I got my bachelor’s degree in Mathematics with Finance at the University of Liverpool.
My specialties include quickly learn new pricing approaches and trading infrastructures. Specifically, I love and have had great success in modeling stock prices with R and valuing European call and put options using the Black-Scholes model. I’m looking for opportunities to learn more about career paths and ways to grow into assuming a trading role in the next few years.
Outside of school, I enjoy taking trips, and my friends can always trust me to take charge of the planning.
