Single Player

The single-player version of Collect Connect was built in 2021 by a team of students from INSAT (Institut National des Sciences Appliquées et de Technologie) that included Sirine Achour, Sahar Derbel, and Farah Kacem. It leverages artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques to score the similarity of cards based on the images that appear on them and text that appears on the front and back. The player initially tries to match cards in their “hand” to a Starting Card, with the goal of eventually matching a card in their hand to both the Starting Card and Ending Card. The artificial intelligence in the game scores the matches and provides feedback along the way.
