2022 COHORT
Received bachelor’s degree in Mathematics of Finance and Risk Management and Actuarial Mathematics from the University of Michigan. I grew up with a strong passion for math and science and represented my high school in many math competitions in Michigan prior to joining the University of Michigan in 2018. Deeply intrigued by the ephemeral nature of financial markets during my undergraduate studies, I started pursuing a master’s degree in Quantitative Finance.
Much of my studies focus on investment strategies in the derivatives market, and I am actively pursuing the CFA designation. On the actuarial side, I have passed 4 SOA exams as of summer 2022, making progress towards FSA through the QFI track as well.
I was an athlete in competitive archery a few years back, earning a silver medal in the State Competition, and still enjoyed the sport to this day. Throughout the years, I keep looking for inspiration from the sport. Whenever a new chapter in life comes, always aim high.
