Please fill in the Application Form (linked below) and upload your proposal in PDF format. Proposals will be reviewed by the MCAIM steering committee. Details on what must be included in each proposal are outlined here. Decisions will be made within one month from receipt of the proposal. Applications for programs may be submitted year-round.
