MCAIM oversees the Van Loo Postdoctoral Fellowship Program which supports highly talented and promising junior mathematicians working on interdisciplinary problems. Fellows are appointed for a three-year term and are selected following an international search. They enjoy broad discretion vis `a vis the research directions they wish to pursue.
