The Basic and Applied Cognition Laboratory is no longer recruiting undergraduate research assistants for Fall ’24.
Much of our research this year will involve meeting with participants to collect data. There is usually RA turnover between semesters, so we encourage that you reach out towards the end of the fall term. You can express your interest by emailing BAAClabinfo@umich.edu; please include an unofficial transcript and resume.
Prospective graduate students may apply to the Combined Program in Education and Psychology and/or the Department of Psychology’s Cognition and Cognitive Neuroscience area. Interested individuals should email Dr. Priti Shah via BAAClabinfo@umich.edu or priti@umich.edu

We have numerous ongoing studies in the laboratory at all times that may include the following participants: college students, children and adults with ADHD, typically-developing children, and older adults.
