The lab houses two Cameca SX100 electron microprobes, a Rigaku Ultima IV X-ray diffractomer, and a JEOL JSM-7800FLV field-emission scanning electron microscope. These instruments are used by researchers from a variety of disciplines for the chemical and structural characterization of solid materials.
