Research

In my research, I explore innovative ways to help individuals and organizations to make optimal decisions and judgments in diverse circumstances via scientific experiments and survey design.

I design experiments and surveys and conduct multilevel modeling to address:

  • whether individuals’ emotions, perceptions, and motivations will alter their judgment and decisions.
  • how the above motivation and perception will influence the organization, branding, advertising, and marketing campaign effectiveness of companies of all sizes.

I am also an active board committee member of Young Chinese Associated-Personality and Social Psychology (YCAPSP). We are bridge builders who thrive to facilitate communication and collaboration in the entire psychology community across nations and cultures.

We gathered over 60 social psychologists from all over the world each year at SPSP and provided a platform to spark profounding discussions on cross-culture challenges.
