“Phi Delta Phi is a co-ed legal fraternity founded at the University of Michigan in 1869 and is the nation’s oldest professional society” (phidhouse.org/about-us). While not a historically listed this building exhibits an impressive Ionic decorated porch with fluted columns supporting a rather simple entablature with dentils marking its top.
