Join our lab
Each semester we welcome new undergraduate, graduate and post-doctoral student trainees interested in the neurobiology of bilingual language and reading acquisition. Our projects range from typical acquisition to dyslexia, include diverse language populations such as Spanish and Chinese language bilinguals, and we use a variety of neuroimaging methodologies, especially fNIRS and fMRI. Students are always encouraged to develop and pursue their own interests in the fields of developmental neuroscience, bilingualism, language, and literacy acquisition.
