Artist Statement
This prayer is a glimpse into the cosmic forces at play in my NightQueen Performance Suite, which blends theater, music, experimental media and oral storytelling traditions into a 21st century narrative epic. The story follows an eclectic ensemble seeking hope in one another as their world is transformed by a global water crisis, unbridled network technologies and resurgent fascism.
