TWIMExtract is a multipurpose tool which will pull data from Waters .raw files using user-defined ‘range files’. Extracted data are then collapsed to one dimension, saving either chromatographic retention time (RT), ion mobility drift time (DT), or the mass spectrum (MZ) to one axis and intensity to the other. These extracted data are often used for analysis in CIUSuite3, but have found use in the generation of energy-resolved mass spectrometry (ERMS) experiments and high-throughput small molecule data analysis.
