Financial Aid and Scholarships

There are numerous sources of financial aid and tuition assistance for the Camp Davis Program. Eligible students are encouraged to apply to all the sources of funding below.

Sources of Financial Aid at the University of Michigan

Earth & Environmental Sciences Grants:  The Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences distributes funds each summer to student applicants based on both need and merit. Interested students should fill out our online Financial Aid Form to apply.  Students must complete an application to Camp Davis and the Financial aid form by February 15 to be considered for aid. Students will receive award notifications via email on or before March 15. Students must have a FAFSA on file with the U-M Office of Financial Aid to be eligible. Guest Students and International Students are not eligible at this time.

U-M College of LSA Financial Aid: The College of LSA provides financial support for spring and summer terms to qualified LSA students who have demonstrated financial need as determined by the Office of Financial Aid. This application process is separate from the Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences Grant program, and from the U-M Office of Financial Aid. To apply visit the LSA Spring and/or Summer Scholarship Program website and complete the application process. Deadline is late March.

U-M Office of Financial Aid: University of Michigan students are encouraged to apply directly for financial aid through the U-M Fin-Aid Office Spring/Summer program. This application process is separate from both the departmental and college programs described above. Students should apply between February 1 and July 31 each year. Earlier applications typically receive preferential treatment.

U-M PitE Financial Aid: The PitE department has funding available for qualifying PitE students. Please visit their website for more information.
