Property and Maps

The University of Michigan Camp Davis Field Station is sited on 120 acres of land in the Hoback Valley, approximately 20 miles south of Jackson, WY. The property abuts the Bridger-Teton National Forest to the south, and encompasses a portion of the Wild and Scenic Hoback River. We are located roughly 30 miles from Grand Teton National Park, and 60 miles from Yellowstone National Park.

The Camp Davis campus occupies 15 acres at the southern end of the property. The campus contains 50 residence cabins, 3 instructional buildings, a recreation hall, a dining hall and a caretakers house, along with maintenance facilities, including a carpentry shop, garage, and camp store.
