The campus can accommodate a variety of academic gatherings and special events from field courses and large conferences to workshops and retreats for as many as 140 guests, in adaptable rustic spaces.

Internet Access: The facility has a 1GB per second internet access connection. Both wireless and and wired connections are available in all event spaces.
Presentation Hardware: All meeting spaces have access to podiums, digital projectors, overhead projectors, sound systems, white and chalk boards.
Room Setup: All meeting spaces can be setup to accommodate custom events and conferences, including classrooms, board meeting, round table discussions, team workshops, etc. In addition, each classroom is outfitted with wired & wireless printers.
Recreation Hall
Our recreation hall can be setup to accommodate small groups of up to 25 people in a classroom format. The facility has large panoramic windows with an unobstructed view of the Hoback Valley. A covered porch for evening gatherings or cocktail receptions as well as a pool table, indoor/outdoor foosball table and shuffle board table.
Large Classroom Building
Our large classroom building has capacity for up to 35 people in a classroom format, or 50 people in small team workshop setup. A covered porch, and large computer lab with numerous MS Windows desktop workstation and color printers are available. A commercial HP copier and domestic landline phones are also available for guest use.
Small Classroom Building
Our small classroom building is suitable for lectures and small work groups. Capacity is 25 people in a classroom setup and is outfitted with twelve MS Windows desktop work stations and printers.
Outdoor Spaces
Large open grassy fields are suitable for a myriad of outdoor functions. Party tents, picnic table areas, Hoback river front BBQ’s, evening campfires, hiking trails and access to adjacent Bridger-Teton National Forest are just some of the available outdoor spaces.
