The Dantzer Lab attended the annual conference of the Society for Integrative and Comparative Biology in Portland, Oregon. Sarah and Travis presented posters about some of their previous work. Freya presented a poster about the effects of glucocorticoids on red squirrel behavior. Ben participated in a symposium about Evolutionary Endocrinology. A great conference as usual but no respite from the icy and cold weather in Michigan!
Next year at SICB 2017 from 4-8 January 2017 in New Orleans, Ben will be organizing a symposium about the developmental and proximate causes of individual variation in pro-social (cooperative) behavior along with Dustin Rubenstein.
