For the EVA Guests staying off campus, at or near the Hampton Inn South or the Sheraton hotels, we have arranged scheduled morning and evening bus service between the area of the hotels and Central Campus. Please look for one of the University of Michigan Blue Busses similar to this one.
MORNING Pick-up Times (Monday through Friday)
Location: There will be a University of Michigan Blue Bus pick-up at Hampton Inn South (925 Victors Way), which will take you directly to Central Campus Transit Center (CCTC), where Palmer Commons is.
- 1st pick-up: 7:15am
- 2nd pick-up: 7:45am
- 3rd pick-up 8:15am
NOTE: We encourage everyone to try to make one of the first two runs, so that you don’t miss the first talks. Please note that the Blue Bus only has a capacity of 42 people.
EVENING Pick-up Times
Location: The University of Michigan Blue Bus, will pick you up at the Central Campus Transit Center (CCTC), where Palmer Commons and the Michigan League are located nearby. The Michigan Bus will then drop off at The Hampton Inn South, and then The Sheraton; again the maximum capacity of the bus is 42 people. Here are the timed pickup schedules for the following days:
MONDAY JUNE 15, from Central Campus Transit Center (CCTC)
- 1st pick-up: 8:15pm
- 2nd pick-up: 8:45pm
TUESDAY JUNE 16, from Central Campus Transit Center (CCTC)
- 1st pick-up: 8:15pm
- 2nd pick-up: 8:45pm
WEDNESDAY JUNE 17, from Central Campus Transit Center (CCTC)
- 12:45pm – ONLY FOR THOSE NOT GOING ON THE EXCURSION
If you are going on the excursion, you will be dropped off at your hotel, once the excursion is over, if you prefer.
THURSDAY JUNE 18, from Central Campus Transit Center (CCTC)
- 1st pick-up: 9:45pm
- 2nd pick-up: 10:15pm
FRIDAY JUNE 19 from Central Campus Transit Center (CCTC)
- 1st pick-up: 5:45pm
- 2nd pick-up: 6:15pm
