Thanks to the generous support of the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation, the National Science Foundation, and the University of Michigan, we are able to offer partial reimbursements for the travel and/or lodging expenses of some EVA participants.  The support will be distributed to participants who have completed the travel support application form.  Priority will be given to junior participants, women and minorities, and researchers without grant support.

The participants eligible for such support will be contacted by e-mail directly and/or will receive reimbursement letters in their registration packages. They should submit expense receipts along with a completed and signed copy of the Reimbursement Form.
