Annual Meeting
Save the date! The International T. S. Eliot Society 2025 Annual Meeting will take place July 2-5 at Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland. Primary lodging will also be at Trinity College. Special performances and tours are being arranged. The Memorial Speaker will be Fran Brearton of Queen’s University Belfast. Detailed information about lodging and registration and a call for papers are forthcoming (our website will have updates, as they’re available). Mark your calendars, and we hope to see you in Dublin next July!

Our Memorial Lecturer was Langdon Hammer, Niel Gray, Jr. Professor of English at Yale University. We’ll post a recording of his lecture on the site soon.
The 44th Annual Meeting of the International T. S. Eliot Society was held in Boston from 22-24 September, 2023. The program may be found here. Linda Gregerson, Caroline Walker Bynum Distinguished University Professor and Director of the Helen Zell Writers’ Program at the University of Michigan delivered the Memorial Lecture. The 43rd Annual Meeting of the International T. S. Eliot Society took place from September 23-25, 2022, in St. Louis, Missouri. It featured seminars, panels, a film showing, and a plenary lecture titled “The People of 1922,” given by Douglas Mao, Russ Family Professor in the Humanities, Johns Hopkins University.
