Kristin Hass re-appointed as faculty coordinator

Recognizing Kristin Hass’s “ongoing commitment to the Humanities Collaboratory, the college, and the university,” Anne Curzan, LSA Associate Dean for the Humanities, has announced that Hass, Associate Professor of American Culture, will continue to serve as the faculty coordinator of the Humanities Collaboratory effective September 1, 2019. Steering Committee member Samer Ali, Associate Professor of Middle East Studies, responded to the announcement by saying that Kristin’s “leadership and vision for the Humanities Collaboratory are much admired.” According to Curzan’s announcement, Hass is expected to continue as faculty coordinator through August 31, 2022.
