Funded teams are required to present an “in-progress” report of their project each year of funding support. All team members will also be required to attend workshops, programs, or meetings organized by the Collaboratory (no more than 4 in total per year). Each project is required to publicly disseminate results of their projects towards the end of year two or, at most, six months following the end of the grant period. For more information, refer to the Project Funding page.

Beyond the grant period
- We encourage teams to maintain active relationships with the Humanities Collaboratory even after the conclusion of your grant.
- Please continue to share your accomplishments with us about the afterlife of your Collaboratory project; we’ll circulate news of your developments.
- We’ll post news about your research and your team members on our website and in our newsletter; and we’ll continue to invite you to special Collaboratory events.
- We may reach out to invite you to mentor incoming teams or to participate in workshops.
- If you have ideas for ways you would like to contribute after your project has concluded, let us know!
