Title: Introduction to the Library or how your librarian can make your research easier and better and more fun

Abstract: As students at the University of Michigan you have access to an amazing amount of resources through the University of Michigan library, so many that you likely do not know 10% of what is available. In their talk Samuel Hansen, the Mathematics & Statistics librarian, will highlight the most important mathematics resources available from the library, show how to use them effectively, discuss how the library can help make your path to finish your degree smoother, and even toss in some information about how to manage all those citations.
