Data Science Boot Camps for Math PhDs through Erdos Institute

We are happy to offer a few Michigan Math PhD students and post-docs the opportunity to participate in the Erdos Institute’s  Data Science Bootcamps, designed in collaboration with industry partners to quickly train Math PhDs for data science careers in industry and meet many others who have made the transition, including recruiters from companies currently hiring.

These camps run for most of May this year. Please check out the descriptions: there are two different camps, one in Python and one in R, both held in Columbus (OSU) on a slightly different calendar. Please fill out this link  AND let me know ASAP if you are interested. We have funding for a few Michigan folks to attend.  Priority will be given to math and physics PhD students close to completing the PhD, but post-docs and all  STEM PhD students in good standing can be considered. Funds are limited, so apply now!
