Elaine Jaye

This was a very good and insightful interview with a woman who, along with her sister, ran the Bristol Bar on Chene. They took it over from their dad after he passed away. Many good photos and anecdotes. Her daughter Elaine Jaye was also present. I came back a second time to scan photos and we documented all the people in the photos. Interview conducted in April 2003 and then a return visit in May 2003.
