Dr. Saslow is a an assistant professor in the department of Health Behavior and Biological Sciences at the School of Nursing and a health psychologist and behavior-change researcher. She is interested in creating and optimizing highly scalable technologically-enhanced diet and lifestyle programs, especially those that teach a carbohydrate-reduced dietary approach. Over the last several years she has been a principal investigator on several clinical trials, directed at type 2 diabetes, prediabetes, and their management.
